Overview
Brewery, pickleball, and padel are taking over the former Chandler movie theater. Padeland is under construction inside the former LOOK Dine-In Cinemas’ 35,000-square-foot space at 1 W. Chandler Blvd., with completion targeted for the end of 2025 in downtown Chandler.

- Four padel courts
- Five pickleball courts
- Full-scale craft brewery and taproom
- Restaurant and coffee shop
- Coworking space
- Wellness lounge with cold plunge therapy, a sauna, and recovery tools
Wellness and Hospitality
The wellness lounge will feature cold plunge therapy, a sauna, and recovery tools. Full-service food and beverage are planned so guests can eat and drink before or after games.
Hours and Use
The concept is built for all-day use. Doors open early for morning matches and stay open through the evening. The on-site coworking area targets remote workers who want to get work done between matches.
About Padel
Padel is a racket sport played on an enclosed court with glass or wire walls, similar in feel to racquetball or squash. It is more popular outside the U.S., but over the past two years padel court development tripled in the United States, with other developments coming to fruition in Scottsdale and Tempe.
Founder Statement
