Hello! My name is Andrea Scheppe and I'm a North Phoenix
native (born and raised in by Desert Ridge) and I’ve lived,
worked and played all over the valley of the sun (43+ years!)
My husband, son, rescue pittie and I love Phoenix Metro and we are proud to call it home.
I have a background in commercial real estate as I started
my career at SVN Phoenix back in 2005. After a few
incredible years working directly for the company’s vice president, I
left commercial real estate & dove into a small-business retail
partnership with Divaz Boutique/Grand Central Clothing in
Tempe, Chandler and Tucson, Arizona.
The 12+ years I spent owning & running retail boutiques
taught me the ins and outs of customer service, sales,
meticulousness, negotiating and kindness.
When I bought my home in 2017, I realized I still had a
strong passion for real estate and decided to jump back in.
In addition to my strong customer service skills and career accomplishments, I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & Communications from Arizona State University, I was chosen as 1 of 9 recipients from across the nation to win a full ride to CoreLogic's real property appraising trainee program in Dallas, TX, I'm a member of The National Association of REALTORS®, The Arizona Association of REALTORS® and The Southeast Valley Association of REALTORS®.
I recently won Phoenix Home & Garden's Readers’ Choice Award for Best Phoenix REALTOR® 2025, as well as multiple, Favorite Neighborhood REALTOR® awards from the Nextdoor App, Homesmart Diamond Awards & President’s Round Table & Sales Awards. I enjoy public speaking and I even had a fun, 5-year stint speaking on Ch12/NBC's Arizona MidDay!
I come from a family oriented, small business background and my parent's are my biggest role models. Their dedication to volunteering, hard work, understanding the human psyche and preserverance in hard times has made me who I am today. My sister and my best friend are both special education teachers and I am honored to know them. If you are an educator in any form, please know my hat goes off to you.
